It’s impossible to look like a woman in a Victoria Secret catalog, because their images are photoshopped to look perfect. However, that doesn’t change the fact that those girls are gorgeous. If you want to look as fit as they do, here are a few workouts that Victoria Secret models swear by:
1 Walkout Exercise
This is the exercise that you should start all of your workouts with. It only takes three minutes, and it will warm up your body. All you have to do is stand with your feet hip-width apart, bend forward from your hips, and then walk your hands out in front of you. Then you can walk yourself backward to get into a standing position again.
2 One Arm Plank Kickbacks
This is Jessica White’s favorite move to do. You should begin by getting on your hands and knees with a dumbbell in one of your hands. Then you should use your two feet and one hand to keep yourself in the air while the hand with the weight moves back and fourth.
3 Side Plank Reach through
This is a workout that Alessandra Ambrosio loves to perform. You should get on your side with your elbows directly below your shoulders. Lift your hips into the air and reach underneath your body with your top arm as many times as you can.
4 Leg Extension
This is one of the exercises that Romee Strijd does often to keep her legs toned. It requires a specific machine, which means that you should head to your nearest gym. Get on the machine, put the bar on top of your ankles, and then lift your legs up and down.
5 Calf Raise
This exercise will give you sexy legs. Start by standing with your hands on your hips. Then you should lift onto your tippy toes, hold the position for two seconds, and then come back down. Do two sets of fifteen reps, and you should definitely feEl the burn.
6 Lying Side Hip Raises
